Former Nozomi exec joins Claroty as Field CTO

Nick Haan, Field CTO

Security vendor Claroty has appointed Nick Haan as Field CTO for Strategic Partners to drive its growth.

Formerly with Nozomi Networks , Haan brings significant Industrial IoT expertise and will focus on expanding Claroty’s presence in the EMEA region.?

Haan will be the main technical contact, driving enablement and service development.

Andrew Lintell , GM, EMEA at Claroty said: “Nick’s industry veteran expertise will be instrumental in leading Claroty in the next phase of growth.?

“His role will be crucial in delivering tangible value to customers, aligning closely with the Sales, SE, and CSM account teams to foster deeper understanding and engagement.”

This follows Claroty’s recent milestones, including surpassing $100m in annual recurring revenue and securing $100m in growth financing.


Emerge Digital appoints rugby star as business growth director

MSP Emerge Digital has appointed Mark Atkinson , the former Gloucester Rugby and England Rugby player, as its new business development director.

The hire rounds off a year of rapid growth for the Cheltenham, Gloucestershire company, which closed out its financial year with revenues reaching £3m, an increase from £2.2m in 12 months.

Atkinson, who also holds a business development role at Gloucester Rugby, will be focusing on unlocking opportunities in new markets, as part of Emerge Digital’s two-year growth plan, to continue its trajectory and double its revenue by 2026.

Atkinson said: "Since leaving the game, I’ve wanted to challenge myself in a new industry, and what better industry than technology. Emerge Digital’s growth and determination piqued my interest, and I’m excited to bring my experience and drive to this new role.”

Nigel Church , CEO of Emerge Digital, added: "Transferring ambition from sport to business is a natural progression. Businesses thrive with ambitious, intelligent individuals who are driven by clear goals.”

Integrity360 acquires international security and cloud services firm

As part of its global expansion plan, Integrity360 has acquired Integrity360 International , a long-standing cyber security and cloud services company headquartered in Cape Town, South Africa.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition, said Integrity360, provides it with around 600 additional customers across 51 countries, a “deep” partnership with leading NDR (network detection and response) vendor Darktrace , and another global SOC (security operations centre) location, bringing the group’s SOC locations to five.

In June 2021, Integrity360 received a major strategic investment from London-based private equity firm August Equity, as part of a significant growth and expansion plan aimed at building its brand internationally.

Grove was founded in 2005, employs around 50, and has a regional office in London, UK. Grove has grown strongly over the last five years, with a CAGR of over 22%, and during 2023, achieved sales of about €17m.

Grove serves customers across multiple countries and regions, including the UK, Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, and Mauritius. As well as Darktrace, Grove has long-standing relationships with the likes of Proofpoint , ESET , and Mimecast . The combination of Grove with Integrity360 brings group annual revenues to around €130m (up from €85m in 2022), and expands the group headcount to over 500.

Ian Brown, executive chairman of Integrity360, said: “The enhanced group significantly expands our existing activities and cyber services across other continents including Africa and the Caribbean, in addition to bolstering our existing markets throughout the UK and continental Europe.”

He added: “The addition of another Integrity360 regional hub in Cape Town will further enable us to serve the local needs of customers, and the SOC will add to and expand our already considerable 24/7 SOC operations.”

Integrity360 acquired cyber security services player Advantio in July, 2023, and a number of other firms before that.


Rubrik and ADP partner to launch in Latin America

In a strategic joint venture, Leeds-based MSP Assured Data Protection (ADP) is expanding into Latin America, establishing?Rubrik’s?presence across the?region.

As Rubrik’s largest MSP, ADP will provide 24/7 managed services to ensure businesses of all sizes can access Rubrik’s rapid recovery capabilities.

To support this, ADP is launching a center of excellence in Costa Rica, combining expert engineers with automation for proactive threat response.

Simon Chappell (pictured), CEO, ADP said: “Our launch into Latin America is another important step forward in our ambitious growth plans for 2024 and beyond.

“Our new Center of Excellence is a strategic move to help build on our best of breed customer service for customers and will see all of our customers across the globe benefit from its expertise.”

In addition to Costa Rica, ADP has already established a presence in key markets including Mexico, Peru, Chile, and Colombia.
