What another great week here at Artisan. We had our Artisan Goals and Values day!
This week we finally got to host the Artisan Values and Goals day, albeit two of the team had to log in from home due to those damn chesty coughs. What an afternoon it was… We addressed where we stand as a business currently and boy it looks good. We also addressed areas of improvement based on feedback and an introspective assessment. Good things are coming in the new financial year, growth, development and focus! It wasn't only brand Artisan we looked at, it was also Team Artisan and our personal goals - where we see ourselves in the next year, what we want to achieve personally. This allowed us to understand each others drivers and motivations so we can move forward together. #TeamArtisan
We’ve had a few missing from the office this week due to the sinuses, however the colds have not interfered with our performance. The volume from interviews, reference checks, candidate check-ins and client calls have smashed another ceiling as we come to the end of the financial year!
We've been welcoming, interviewing and referencing hundreds of candidates this week, updating availability and placing some amazing talent. P.A. It’s Friday, Harrison sadly lost his voice to the chesty cough this week, so the quiz will be put on hold until normal programming resumes, sad faces all around, however the office has benefited from the lack of outlandish comments.
