Can we talk about how eating meat has become unfairly demonized when it comes to your health? We cover this topic pretty often on the podcast, but it seems that more and more studies are coming forward to prove that eating meat is in fact, NOT bad for you and according to this study will actually increase your life expectancy.?
“The researchers found that the consumption of energy from carbohydrate crops (grains and tubers) does not lead to greater life expectancy, and that total meat consumption correlates to greater life expectancy, independent of the competing effects of total calorie intake, economic affluence, urban advantages, and obesity.”
