The week after Christmas
This year I got a puzzle as Christmas gift. To me a puzzle is a not only one gift but several, in this case it was 2 000 small pieces eventually ending up into a vintage World Map. ?
On a daily basis we do a lot of “puzzling” without thinking of it. We squeeze in sports activities into a tight working schedule, we puzzle at work to meet deadlines and last but not least our private life is a giant puzzle.
You can learn a lot when puzzling, from developing a strategy, become more patient, to improve your creative thinking capacity. Several of these skills can be applied in your working role as well as in your private life. With a puzzle in focus, you relax and also have time to think and reflect. Time flies and in a day or two, okay maybe three, you have achieved a result, something to be proud of.
