  1. FDM/FFF - Essentium announced the launch of Duratem, thermoplastic material with high strength and high-temperature resistance. The new material can withstand temperatures of up to 150 degrees Celsius.
  2. Metal - 3D Lab from Poland announced that it received a patent for producing spherical metal powders using ultrasonic vibration.
  3. Metal - Researchers have developed a technology that allows printing with a metal welding head in all directions by adding the ability to keep the added metal in a liquid state until fully solidified.
  4. Technology - Researchers from Hong Kong have developed a digital two-photon lithography platform that enables parallel printing of complex 3D structures at 90 nm resolution at a rate of 2,000,000 voxels
  5. Industry news - Nano dimensions continue its attempts to acquire Stratasys with an increased offer that represents a value of 1.2 billion dollars

  10. Medical - OSSTEC, which makes a printed material that behaves like a bone for better joint replacements, has raised £1.2 million to take its system into clinical trials.
