Last week we launched our AI Agent Persona Design Guide and received superb feedback;
"Congratulations on producing an absolutely brilliant guide. Incredible levels of detail, and you’ve covered so many bases. On a personal level I really enjoyed reading it as it has an awful lot of resonance to my experiences designing IVR/telephony experiences and personas. Your point on social conditioning and gender is a really good one. I used to encounter customers going default to ‘female’ voices for the IVR mainly because everyone else seemingly had one! So very little thought around market/brand TOV/demographic. The genesis of why female voices so popular on IVRs really stemmed from females being more prevalent in the call centre and then roped into recording the IVR. That then evolved into tech companies simply looking for a couple of stock female voices, and within 10 years 95%+ of IVRs had female voices!!!
I also never knew what was behind Hana and Vodafone!
