2 å¹´This is brilliant one and very true. I remember about a friend, who was working in a government organisation. He (x) and his friend (y) were the only people who working on the ground. However, he had two senior colleagues (a & b) who would check that what X & Y are doing and whether they are doing anything. a & b would have two more senior colleagues (p & q) to check what a,b,x, and y are doing. All these colleagues will report to one single person (Z) to check whether things are to be done was actually required to be done or I had asked them to do. After 2 years, he left all the a,b,p,q, and Z and went to start a new life in Canada as he did not get equivalent job in India after working with these inspectors.
