Week 3 - Pause & Process

Today is Martin Luther King Day. A day to honor a luminary and leader who challenged a world of segregation and racism.
If we want to create meaningful change in the world - at work or home, we must create time to Pause & Process.
At my home in Central Texas, we are currently below freezing, snow flurries on the ground, whipping wind, dripping faucets to avoid a pipe burst, and it's a Monday morning. My husband is off work, I am not.
Often we believe the week requires greater output than input.
I want to encourage you, for as much as you give, do, or exert to also receive, rest, and explore topics/teachings that interest you.
Especially if there is a freeze near you, let us take note from the weather to do what we need to do and PAUSE & PROCESS. This can co-exist, productivity and purpose.
How?
Today also marks the 1/2 mark through the month of January. It can be a time to PAUSE & PROCESS. Notice how your goals show up within your habits. Create an environment in your workspace that supports a peaceful flow of mind.
Reply in the comments with how you will PAUSE & PROCESS this week.
"Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that." Strength to Love, 1963. Dr. Martin Luther King
Be lighter in your efforts to pause & process in a way that honors yourself.
