The new journey continues to be interesting and insightful as I learn more about the work being done by the teams.
Most organizations have disparate teams of senior developers / architects working on innovation/ introducing new technology into the workstream. I have seen many times that they are not necessarily working on addressing direct problems that the teams may be facing as they have a different business unit, have a separate innovation charter and their own timelines.
In my listening tours with the teams over the past 3 weeks, it is quite visible the something is different at Napier Healthcare.
It is not just the architects but the teams also evaluating their development and product implementation tasks. They then collaborate to come up with roadmap items that address their key problem areas and drive efficiencies. The focus is on creating common reusable components that drives efficiencies of scale to reduce development and implementation timelines. This enables end users to better manage their already complex healthcare systems.
Most healthcare companies have data but are busy with feature functionality catch up, the AI work in Napier Assistant is yet another area that drives the spirit of innovation in what we do!
Today (the 9th August 2021) is the 56th National (Independence) Day of Singapore. With our headquarters in Singapore, we live the Singapore dream by looking for areas of innovation and efficiency in all that we do.
