Mindset is everything.
Don't you agree?
If you don't, I seriously wish you work with someone who has a mindset that pushes you to realize this simple yet profound truth.
While we keep hearing about fixed mindset vs. growth mindset, scarcity mindset vs. abundance mindset, I want to share with you another mindset which I mentioned in my morning post today.
It is the Moonshot Mindset.
Naveen Jain even wrote a book titled 'Moonshots'. If you are interested check out how he explains Moonshot Thinking.
Peter H. Diamandis reminded me of this yesterday through his blog.

Topics of the week:
1. No one should feel alone while facing mental health issues
I mean it.
If you ever need someone trustworthy to talk to regarding your mental health concerns, my inbox is always open for you.
I have always felt mental health is a very important topic. At some point, I even secured admission at Asia's oldest institute for professional social work education to work on mental health.
But for various reasons, I dropped out at the last minute.
That story is for another day but today I want you to consider being an ally for mental health and if you are keen, check out this HRB article.

2. Want to improve your LinkedIn feed?
I always see people complaining that their LinkedIn feed is not adding value. I actively curate my feed so I get the best returns for the time I spend here.
This week LinkedIn published a blog which has a guide and details the features to help improve your feed. Now the ball is in your court.
Before you ignore this important call to action, read the below few words and it is as simple as that:
your social activity on LinkedIn impacts the type of content seen in your feed
3. How important it is to listen to your employees?
Alphabet's CEO thinks it is the most important thing. In this Inc.com article, the author explains how Sundar Pichai is embracing the pushback from employees regarding Google's back to office policy.
If you have something to share on this topic, continue the conversation in the comments section of this post.
From the internet/metaverse:
In today's internet-driven world, everything you do as an individual or as an organization will be scrutinized a lot.
If you don't agree, check out this post by a LinkedIn user.
