Week 25 - 11/11

This week, was a long week but just another one. The battle between workers and those who say work is in the office - the charade.

Stop telling everyone that getting back in the office is a matter of culture, it isn't. Stop saying employees are happier in an office, they aren't.

End the narrative. We know the reasons you want employees in the office are:

  • Your 401k is stuffed with commercial real estate investments.
  • You don't trust yourself.
  • You are afraid the rest of the world will find out what you already know, your function is redundant.
  • You are happier being measured on adherence to a process versus deliverables.
  • You need to be told what to do so you think the rest of the world is the same way.

The battle rages and the War continues.

Why is Art Post still selling copies? Because he wants to, that's why! Art lets us all in on his journey and why he believes this is a great place to learn about selling and life.

He and I had a palaver, an online session where we talked about copiers and UFOs - check out The Greg Walters Show with Art and other industry celebs and celebs in the making.
