My Week
Preparing for the Implementing SAFe? class at #Singapore. Also planning my year 2024. Few interesting things in the backlog with Naveen Kumar Singh
I have started the Enterprise Agile Coach+ Mentoring sessions and we are in week 7. I will be announcing the next cohort end of February/Early March.
Giving back to the community
When think of the learners / leaders and members of Agile community whom I was lucky enough to know, always thought about constructive ways to give back. I know there are a lot of ways, but what is easy, quick and efficient ? Multiple ways to connect !!
Future
Look out for some exciting community building activities from Agilemania in the coming months. One thing in the backlog is #AskAshwinee.
I will have a HYBRID Implementing SAFe class from 26th to 29th February with in-person at Singapore. If you want to be part of, please do reach out to me. Just want to meet? Drop a message and we can meet too, if you are around !!
Planned a Hybrid Leading SAFe? class at Bangalore on 9th and 10th March too !!
The mentoring program for Enterprise Agile Coach+ is on-going and we meet 2 hours every Thursday.
Books I am reading
Offline / In-person classes means travel. More time for Audible !! I will leave the book names with no comments of mine. A book is always a treasure and not knowing before exploring is a positive.

The McKinsey Mind by Ethan Rasiel and Paul N. Friga, Ph.D.
There are 5 more books in the kitty and not enough time to listen. This is a good problem to have. A very good problem.

An Interesting Thought
If you focus on only one thing, it’s always easy to continue. This newsletter itself is a case in point. While I teach and preach about taking one thing at a time, not always easy to follow !! I have tried to drink my own medicine (words) and been now successful for half a year. Guess we need to take a step back once in a while.
A Wicked Problem and my Biased Opinion
Note : An opinion is already biased, and a bias is no more than an opinion
I am adding this section, which was a suggestion from my learners WhatsApp group (Yes, if you are part of my class you get to be part of this WhatsApp group). The ask was, “why not talk about a problem and a potential solution”. I did add my spin of Wicked Problem and Biased Opinion. If you have one, do let me know and I will be happy to answer here.
Wicked Problem: Why in-person classes are still a rarity?
Regular Answer: There are classes running in-person, some of them want flexibility.
Biased Opinion: We are too much used to the flexibility offered. We want to meet, but at the last moment now something urgent pops-up and there is always an option to fall back.
