The Skill:
I am currently focused on developing my skill in newsletter writing, recognizing that relying solely on newspapers for information is no longer the norm. The norm has become a decentralized source of information, and I have come to realize that relying on only one source of information is a recipe for believing in systems that do not work. To stay on top of my field and avoid believing in falsehoods, I believe it's crucial to keep an open mind and welcome new points of view that come from reliable sources.
Decentralized sources of information have been on the rise for some time now. Platforms like podcasts, blogs, newsletters, YouTube, and social media are becoming increasingly popular, and AI-enhancing tools are making them more competitive. Nevertheless, what distinguishes the decentralized spread of information is the freedom to compete, which is essential to its success.
In my opinion, contributing to this shift towards decentralized sources of information is a must. Finding a niche and sticking to it is an effective way of becoming interesting, as emphasized by the author of "The Art & Business of Writing Online." -By identifying a category on a bookshelf that you fit under in the reader's mind, you can gain a more substantial following.
The Opinion:
I see myself fitting in the Construction Tech category, which is all about finding technological solutions to construction problems by merging machines and software. For example, this category may include survey equipment and software used by surveyors to take the measurements of the site, software used by engineers, architects, and contractors to model projects, and machines and software used by suppliers and contractors to deliver projects. Construction tech is essential in making everything work together seamlessly, and I think it's an untapped market with immense potential.
Although tech companies have developed software that automates much of the work, modeling a construction project is not as robust as modeling a game. When it comes to developing a game and making it look and feel like real life, there are far more tools and methods available compared to developing a construction project. However, developing a construction project is a lot more crucial since people's lives are at stake. Despite this, there is little difference between the construction and gaming models nowadays, and it would have been nice to catch up to the gaming industry. My goal is to explore and discuss the construction tech tools in the industry, assess their capabilities and limitations, and identify problems that need addressing. By starting conversations and triggering potential solutions, I hope to benefit everyone involved.

Midjourney AI:
Recently I received a call from my sister who is studying architecture in Moscow. She sounded worried and anxious. I could tell that something was troubling her. "What's wrong?" I asked her.
"I have a project due in 16 hours, and I'm stuck. I don't know what to do," she replied.
I could hear the panic in her voice, and I knew I had to act fast. "Don't worry, I'll help you," I said. I had recently subscribed to Midjourney AI, and I knew it was a powerful tool that could help us come up with some fresh and innovative ideas.
Without wasting any time, I fired up my computer and opened the Discord chat to access Midjourney. As I navigated through the interface, I was amazed at the sheer volume of data and information available at my fingertips. I started feeding various parameters and variables related to my sister's project.
Within minutes, the AI-generated a set of ideas that were truly mind-blowing. The designs were so innovative and futuristic that I knew they would impress even the most discerning professors at my sister's university. I quickly shared the ideas with her, and she was thrilled.
Over the next 16 hours, my sister worked tirelessly to turn those ideas into a reality. She spent countless hours refining the designs and putting the finishing touches on her project. And when the time came to submit her work, she was confident that she had done her best.
A few days later, my sister called me with some great news. She received an A+ on her project and had been praised by her professors for her innovative and creative ideas.
And that's the power of Midjourney AI. It's not just a tool that helps you generate ideas; it's a tool that can change lives and open doors to new opportunities.

Accessories brand
Once upon a time, there was a young entrepreneur who owned an accessories brand. He had been successful in his home market but was eager to expand his business into the US market.
One day, he reached out to an old childhood friend who happened to have a deep understanding of the US market and many connections in the industry. The friend was intrigued by the opportunity and agreed to meet with the entrepreneur.
During their initial meeting, the entrepreneur shared his vision for the brand and his plans to enter the US market. Although the friend wasn't familiar with the quality of the entrepreneur's products, he was impressed by his clear plan and passion for the brand.
At their second meeting, the entrepreneur prepared an informative presentation that covered all aspects of his brand, including identity, vision, target audience, financials, partnership options, and brand goals. The friend was impressed by the entrepreneur's level of professionalism and preparedness.
As they discussed the potential partnership further, the friend became more and more convinced that this could be a successful venture. He had a strong sense that his childhood friend's entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record of success in opening several successful businesses in the past could translate well into the US market.
The next steps involved setting up the company in the US and organizing distribution. Stay tuned for updates on their progress by subscribing to this newsletter. You will not want to miss out on what happens next!
