Ensuring the safety of our team and clients is our priority. This week, at our 35 MW Menengai Geothermal Power Plant project in Kenya, we conducted audibility tests of our emergency manual sirens in collaboration with our client's HSESS Managers.

This vital check ensures that our sirens are loud and clear, ready to alert everyone in case of an emergency. Safety first, always!

Still at 35 MW Menengai Geothermal Power Plant project in Kenya, we're emphasizing the importance of regular fire equipment inspections.

Ensuring that our fire extinguishers and other safety tools are in optimal condition is crucial for protecting lives and property in case of an emergency.

These inspections help us meet safety standards, maintain readiness, and prevent potential hazards.

Remember to check expiry dates, inspect for any signs of damage, ensure easy accessibility, and keep up with staff training on equipment usage.

Let's stay vigilant and prepared to ensure a safe environment for all.

???? Safety Training: Manual Handling Training

A manual handling training was organised with the team at AHAFO project in Ghana, ahead of the offloading of tower materials.

The team is expecting 7 shipping containers of lattice towers. This training is crucial for protecting employee health and safety, and allows them to familiarise with the equipment they deal with – through presentations, simulations, and interactive participation.
