Starting your week off with self-compassion can set the tone for a more positive and mindful week ahead. Begin your day by taking a few minutes to practice self-compassion. Whenever you notice yourself being self-critical, pause and practice self-compassion instead. Be kind and patient with yourself throughout the day, and end the day by reflecting on moments when you practiced self-compassion. Write them down in a journal or simply reflect on them before going to bed. Remember, treating yourself with kindness and compassion can have a powerful impact on your mental and emotional well-being.
