The Wee Guy

Had a candid conversation with a new client (then a potential client). He said something that has been running around my head since. 

"Christopher, why is that the small guy never wins? Why is it that people like me, one man bands, why is it they never get a good deal?" 

We did a good job for him, a solid deal based on his last 3 months billing saving him ￡2k over his 2-year term, a new handset and he now gets to work with a specialised team for support when he needs it.
