Wednesday Winner - Katie Lodge @ Oxygen Freejumping Leeds

This weeks winner is a fantastic one and highlights a great manager for Oxygen Freejumping who has recently been promoted to manage the Leeds Park. Katie is a very popular and successful manager within this fast growing, dynamic company and we are very happy she agreed to be our Winner this week!

How did you first learn about Oxygen Freejumping?

I first heard about the role with oxygen via word of mouth, I met Tom at my interview.

What is your role at Oxygen Freejumping?

My current role with Oxygen is General Manager which is a recent promotion. I have bounced my way through a couple of roles at Oxygen and they are a company who really invest in people and recognising talent within.

Before working at Oxygen Freejumping, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

Before working at Oxygen I think my strangest role was UK operations manager for a German haulage company.

What advice do you have for prospective Oxygen Freejumping candidates?

For anyone who might be considering employment with Oxygen I would say personality is key we pride ourselves on our people and that’s what makes us standout from the crowd and that’s why our staff love to come to work.

What are 3 words to describe Oxygen Freejumping?

If I was to try and describe Oxygen in 3 words it would be Fun, Energetic and passionate.

Any random facts you could share with us?

Some fun random facts about me are that I have a degree in fine art, I’m a qualified manual therapist including acupuncture and a hidden talent is that I am good at welding and I can do basic tattoo’s.

Do you have an office nickname? What is it?

I don’t currently have an office nickname but I was known in a previous role as the Captain.

If you could witness any historical event, what would you want to see?

If I could witness a historical event it would maybe be seeing the invention of electricity or the discovery of penicillin.
