Software Developer – Senior

Office Location: 222 Jarvis St. 5th floor

Hybrid - up to 3 days on-site and 2 days remote

Must:

  • 10+ years’ experience in developing n-tier Enterprise applications.
  • 10+ years’ hands-on development with Java Enterprise technologies.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with
  • Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards Ability to provide user and system documentation as required
  • Demonstrated experience working with Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Cognitive Search, etc.

Business Intelligence Specialist – Senior

Office Location: 315 Front St. West

?Hybrid - up to 3 days on-site and 2 days remote

  • Responsible for test planning and preparation including full documentation as writing test plan, test cases, and execution of test plan.
  • Design, develop and implement test plan and test cases from Oracle source to Azure Data Lake - initial load and incremental ETL. Used tools are: Azure Data Factory (expert knowledge) to validate pipeline from Oracle to Azure Data Lake Azure Synapse to build stored procedures and read data from data lake
  • Review the requirements, database tables, and database relationships - Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current production reporting environment and provide recommendations address them in the new platform.
  • Continue to evolve and design test framework and CDC Prepare test design artifacts
  • Analysis of data - physical model mapping from data source to reporting destination. Understand the requirements. Recommend changes to the Physical model. Develop the scripts to test physical DB. Access Oracle DB environments,?use?SSIS, SQL Server and other development?tools for developing solution. Proactively communicate with business & dev team about test plan, design, communicate and review dependencies and risks.
  • Development of ETL?test strategy and?solution based on different set of modules Understand the Tables and Relationships. Create test design documents and test cases.
  • Development and testing of data with Incremental and Full Load. ETL data from Applications to Data Warehouse ETL data from Data Warehouse to Data Mart Perform different methods of testing
  • Performance Review, data Consistency checks Troubleshoot performance issues, ETL Load issues, log activity for each Individual package and transformation. Review Performance of ETL Overall.
  • End to end Integrated testing for Full Load and Incremental Load Provide QA sign-off once test cycle is completed for deployment
  • Knowledge Transfer to Ministry staff, development of documentation on the work completed. Document share and work on the ETL end to end testing knowledge base, Troubleshooting steps, configuration and scripts review. Transfer documents, scripts and review of documents

Must haves:

  • 7+ years in ETL tools such as Microsoft SSIS, stored procedures?(Must Have)
  • 2+ Azure Data Lake and Data Warehouse, and building Azure Data Factory pipelines?(Must Have)

Change Management Consultant – Senior

Office Location: Toronto

Hybrid - up to 3 days on-site and 2 days remote

  • Work with organizations, by providing expertise, consultative advice, guidance and coaching, to build knowledge and expertise of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Help leaders and teams enhance their capabilities to understand how change impacts people, the reasons why people resist change and how to support people as they transition through change
  • ·? Be an active and visible coach to support leaders, partners and stakeholders in their role as change champions
  • Partner and work collaboratively with key roles such as project managers, IT and business analysts, etc. to integrate change practices at all levels of the organization
  • Develop and implement change management strategies, plans and framework
  • Lead, develop, implement and/or provide input in the development of communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, process maps, stakeholder assessments, training plan, and resistance management throughout the lifecycle of the project
  • Develop and deliver of presentations to stakeholders, executives, management teams, etc. reflecting data, direction, trends and best practices
  • Develop training and learning resources, email communications, newsletter articles, videos, dashboards and briefing materials to support outreach, engagement, key timelines, etc.?to support project
  • Leads stakeholder management, including identification and analysis of key stakeholders, and the development of stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Ensure the alignment of change management activities with participating stakeholders to remove change barriers, smooth the adoption process and contribute to problem solving resulting in successful implementation
  • Ensure that clients/partners and stakeholders are actively engaged in the change, consulted with and communicated to
  • Be able to articulate the purpose of change in a manner that makes sense to impacted stakeholders and provides a compelling picture of the new organization
  • Build consensus among clients/partners and stakeholders on specific changes designed to better meet their needs
  • Identify potential people side risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop plans to mitigate or address concerns
  • ·Design and conduct change readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings to stakeholders to plan and carry out a change management strategy
  • ·Administer measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes
  • ·Develops an approach to embed/institutionalize the change to sustain the benefits achieved, including knowledge transfer, performance management, continuous improvement and other related practices
  • ·Develop content that is in compliance with accessibility requirements, guidelines and best practices

Must haves:

  • 6+ years of Change Management experience.
  • Experience in development of training, communication products, and change management strategies and plans
  • Design and conduct change readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings to stakeholders to plan and carry out a change management strategy
