WEDNESDAY EARLY EDITION

Every day is a new learning curve. I have been using an auto data format for my brands, and all of my businesses, investments; etc. If and when I encounter a challenge; in real time. I seek out all of the knowledge available to me, concerning exactly what I am dealing with. The following steps, are to process the information, and fine tune it with my own intuition. The next step is to teach, all of these new concepts to my team. They are the actual persons who make all of the dreams possible, therefore. They are the ones that make the dream come true.

They may look up to me with some degree of affinity. But I myself, constantly; equally learn from them. It is an interesting exchange, and something completely new to me. My magazine here, has now evolved into an essential part of my day to day life. What it is exactly? The truth is, it is exactly what ever you desire it to be. The key factor being that your own imagination is required, in order for all of these dreams to work. In a sense the real price of admission is your very own, contribution to the grand scale master piece that is being created.

What makes this truly unique is that this dance, is also new to me. In my own way I am building the foundation, for all of us to mover forward in life. And moving forward not only in our daily, day to day lives but, in business as well. I manage so much on my own. It has been overwhelming to think, that in the near future; once my staff is trained and educated-I will place my life in their hands. In all successes, you need people with whom you congregate, to trust; completely. From a computer standpoint, or technology; I am cloning myself. Or better yet the best parts of me. I am also a sense of motivation, and inspiration. I am used to doing so much, that it is only now, when others comment on it; that I get to reflect in amazement.

I am blessed to have an all new team, full of dreamers. People of all talents, whom are traveling on their discovery journey; themselves. In business, I found myself looking for new marketing strategies, in order to complement, all of my own digital marketing understandings; and beliefs. I find Mr. Seth Godin. Our inspiration of the day. I quickly sent it out to all of my loved ones; family and friends. Most incredibly; I forwarded everything to all of my business partners.

I never use the word, employee.

In my own mind, I began to adapt. I challenged myself, with formatting all of this into a University level lecture, for open discussions. It provided me with the possibility, and the opportunity, to teach them collectively and individually. As I normally do, when teaching business; I measure based on several tests, that I run daily. Some people learn by literature. Others learn from live discussions, and being interactive. All the while, some of my team mates, learn by watching a documentary. Whether some write things down, or read actual books, completely depends on that particular persons own, unique way of learning.

This is a new learning curve, for all others. Now each one knows independently, that they each have a choice. All are encouraged to try new learning styles, as the days progress, and that there is no wrong answer. For a period of time, we can incorporate one strategy, and still add additional ones; as we progress along. Each learning module is convertible. Meaning like furniture that you can simply redecorate, and move around. I think about it like, moving the frames around in our office space. It actually creates, a better more focused environment, where all felt more welcomed. I can easily tell by the sheer amount of questions that happen to now emerge; daily.

In a sense, everyone is looking forward to the start of each day. They know that they will receive instant motivation and inspiration; a sense of guidance for the day. This does wonders for the business, by making things clearer-fine tuned, and even more practical. Today we picked Mr Seth Godin. Who knows, whom tomorrows inspirational character may be?

Another interesting thing happened. We discussed international travel. That opens up so many doors for business; globally. But language now sit at the forefront. On our shore lines is Mandarin, Italian, French, Castellano, Arabic, Chinese and Japanese. This is just for starters. Our corporate offices are to be in Japan and Switzerland. We actually live in Europe. But, having an open discussion about these topics, has expanded everyone's perspective. Not only in the future of the company, franchise, products, services and the brand. But the actual quality of our lives.

In order to capitalize, on all of these future potentials; we actually have to have a physical presence in these markets, and it will be to our advantage to be able to negotiate in the native languages, as an honor to all of these vast cultures. These cultures effectively, pour into our souls, and our global awareness grows.

Traveling the world has detached me, from things that are stationary. I grew out of material things, by disciplining myself. The more I traveled, the less I wanted to bring with me; so that I could absorb what was to be, around me. So yes. I love Ferrari's, but I do not live in Monte Carlo, off of the coast of Amarfi. Therefore, it is better for me to rent a Lamborghini; while I am there. And that's it. Leave it there once I leave. I do not need to own a Porsche in Germany, and transport it internationally. It is just not practical. For me, less is more.

I hate airports because of TSA. So, I travel with my socks only. Simple. I am in. I am out. I am gone. I get to where I need to go. I host, or hold all of the business meetings that I need, and its over. I can purchase clothing where I travel. I can create all of my content, and keep it moving. I can do my interviews, live performances and maybe enjoy an art gallery while I travel. And I am gone. On to the next country on my tour. I get to give my used items away to charities, once I leave and I do it all over again. The only consistent thing in my life is the internet. With it. I can take over the world. And all of my businesses travel with me. There is no attachment to a warehouse. And no longer are we limited to retailing, one product.

As an artist; I can do it all. I can do it efficiently, effectively and remotely. I am not connected to a factory that presses vinyls of my music. I am not loyal to performing only at Yankee Stadium, or any other venue; across the world. Anywhere, where I can negotiate a venue, on mutually beneficial terms, for all parties; I can host a live concert. There I can sell directly to the consumer; everything we have to offer. With out any pressures, worries or influences from any outside, secondary entity. I invest in me. I produce for me, and my company. Anything outside of that, is of non existence to our universe.

We follow all of the top five rules. Rule number one, is the same as rules two, three and four. The only one rule above rules one through four is rule number five. #1. Protect the brand. #2. Protect the brand. #3. Protect the brand. #4. Protect the brand. And finally, the most important rule. Rule #5. Protect the brand.

I am producing a concert with all new music, and a complete showcase of my art, in Orlando, Florida for new years. I am only selling 100 tickets to this private event. It is only $200.00 per person for 4 hours of music and live entertainment.

There is private parking. Latin fusion cuisine, and an exclusive bar. An additional $100.00 secures an open bar, of all top shelf spirits and Canibus treats for registered patients. The entire event will be fully immersive and interactive. All tickets will be special edition NFT's, from my personal collection; only availlable in this all white, all business executive event. This special event is invite only. And all guests, are encouraged to bring a dozen roses and a dozen business cards.

There will be an award ceremony, for some of our attendies of honor. And we will also grant recognition award for best dancers, in each genre. There will be a competition for Reggaetton, Dembow, Mambo, Bachata and Salsa.

The event will be broadcast online; live. Every guest present will be part of the production. This event will essentially celebrate the start of our international tour, and the start of our film projects. All whom are interested, are required to email me directly. Just at the perfect time. We have found a unique venue to avoid dealing with Live Nation. We are able to all learn, while learning from this entire process. I made it a point, to avoid any venue where they have monopoly control. There is a booming economy of owner operators, that have expanded their business outlook; since Covid 19.

These new owners, are more open minded to hosting all new technologically inclined; events. Their portfolios have expanded, to include; all new events. This presented the greatest opportunity for my team, and my entire company. We have essentially created our own Live Nation. We handle all of our day to day operations. And the best part, is that our business is now generating additional revenue streams; as we are also learning.

Our future depends on us. We eat what we kill. Nike passes on me. Cool. I have a new company overseas, that treats me like Kobe Bryant. We will do business there, with them. Honestly; they even paid me more.
