CLAY BOUQUET

I once shot a Wedding (I think on the order of 10 to maybe 12 years ago or so, I can't remember for sure) where the Bride's and her bridesmaids Bouquets were hand custom made of clay by some artistic vendor whom I've since forgotten (unfortunately). It was supposedly going to be a trend at the time, although I've not encountered it since. Now these bouquets full of flowers of clay were not scented, aromatic, fresh, alive, or delicately 'special" in the way "real" flowers are,...but they were quite colorful. beautiful, artistic, perfectly arranged,...AND...most importantly, they did not wilt one single bit. Now how’s that for something kind of different in the Wedding Waltz world ?! I can't say its something I'd choose over the speciality of "real" flowers, but I can see where some Brides certainly would. Only thing is that I've not seen it one time since.I wonder who else might have seen CLAY BOUQUETS before?
