Kelly Burns is an experienced broker, whose background includes 25 years of title and escrow work. Already connected to the real estate industry, when a friend suggested she become a broker, she quickly transitioned into her new role and found a profession to love.

Following on the heels of completing Kelly's real estate business branding, it was time to execute on creating her custom website to match. Kelly's brand had a clear direction with clean lines throughout, a confident grey marble texture that could compliment any listing photo or other content, a pop of spring color, and her incredible tree-house logo. This would be a great brand to build a website on.

After talking to Kelly about her needs, we had a clear list of priorities that her own perfect website would need to address. It would need to do a great job of maintaining itself and have a level of automation so that she didn't need to manage it herself. In addition to Kelly's needs, we considered her clientele, many of whom are educated professionals like doctors and tech employees based here in the Pacific Northwest. Like her brand, it would need to connect with Northwest communities and showcase area expertise.

We established her local expertise and market connection by featuring local community guides prominently on her homepage. These are an incredible resource, packed with market data, listings, demographics, interesting facts, highlights of local businesses, schools, and even a downloadable market-report. Easy Automation

One of the best things about our community pages is that they stay up-to-date with fresh demographics and more. If a new school is built, it will show-up on the map. The downloadable market report updates itself just like the rest of the page, creating something fresh that both Kelly or her visitors can use anytime. New Quick Facts sidebars appear - sometimes featuring professional services, local health care, population facts and more - a cinch to copy and share on social. Featured businesses are pulled daily from Yelp, further building Kelly's association with her area. Even the area description stays current.

We also connected her website to her business reviews from Zillow. Now, anytime someone reviews her at Zillow, her site smartly picks each positive review to share at her website and Kelly doesn't have to do anything.

With her connection to her MLS, Kelly's website also showcases always-current listings and saves her time by adding both her own listings and recent solds to her website.

What Does the Future Hold?

There are tons of great features for Kelly's business to grow into. She could connect a CRM (customer relationship management) tool for even more automation, but already her website keeps track of her visitors and emails her anytime they have a need or request a market report. When Kelly needs content, her site has real estate specialized AI tools to get it done.
