Webinars

When the pandemic started, a lot of businesses were put in a tight spot, scrambling to figure out a way to expand while maintaining a strong relationship with their audience. In an industry that thrives on face-to-face interaction, how do we continue to function when that option is stripped away from us?

For my own business, I turned to the stage that has only continued to draw more attention since its introduction to the world, the internet. By hosting bi-weekly live webinars, I was able to not only keep in touch with existing clients by interacting with them in a simple and effective way, but I was also able to extend my network to a global scale, opening the door to opportunities that might have not been possible otherwise. Door-to-door sales and cold calling will always have their place in the business world, but hosting webinars will allow you to reach a much wider audience, and to put it bluntly, you'll find yourself having a lot more fun. If you really want to grow your business at a good pace, you can't be afraid to step into the digital world.

Since I began hosting webinars, I've been able to reach numbers that some people dream of when they start working in real estate. Since April of this year alone, I've been able to take part in four hundred and twelve deals. Obviously, not all of these deals were born exclusively from hosting webinars, but a lot of the time, they serve as the opening to a discussion. Having seen my webinars, people are able to know exactly who I am, and how I operate my business. They’re not expecting someone wearing a suit and tie, and driving a foreign sports car because that’s not the image I put forward. I’m able to show my most authentic self, and the people who are attracted to that already have it in their minds that they want to do business by the time they get to my office.?
