Hello there,

This is my first blog on LinkedIn. There were several topics that crossed my mind. After contemplation the thought that crossed my mind was, to share. We all know and believe that sharing is caring. This a phrase that is commonly used in preschools :) Therefore, I'm going to write about an interesting tool that is used globally for webinars.

I came across this amazing platform for conducting Webinars and wanted to share it with you.

The name of this platform is DEMIO. It has a simple yet highly professional interface and is extremely user-friendly.

One need not be a techie or a genius to use this app. A person with no prior technical knowledge can use it by watching the tutorial videos.

It has some really effective marketing tools. One would not expect these in a webinar app.

It is extremely beneficial for those who conduct a live masterclass and want to record these sessions as courses. All the webinars can be recorded automatically. Thus, saving ample of time and money ??

They have an excellent option of uploading a power point presentation before the session. This comes in so handy especially if one is travelling or if there are any network issues. Since the presentation slides are already uploaded, one does not need to take the trouble of opening slides in a new window and share from an external screen. Its more like an inbuilt slides experience.

One can create customized mailer lists and mail to different types of leads. For e.g. If someone registers but doesn’t attend, that lead gets saved as a no show. We can create a separate e-mail list for all the “NO SHOW” registrations and start mailing them.

There’s this option of E-mail scheduling that one can use. Create an e-mail list and schedule it for a later date. It happens automatically, thereby, saving a lot of time of revisiting the inbox repeatedly.

To increase the interest and participation levels of the audience, one can conduct polling and share results. For increasing value, one can share handouts to the audience

Once the webinar is over, it automatically records the webinar, which can then be sent to the participants as a replay for their reference or can be used as a recorded webinar for generating leads and customers.

Integrations with other tools is by far one of the easiest that I have come across.

They have a very friendly and helpful customer support team that works round the clock. This team takes every query very seriously and is solution oriented. Each time I have raised a ticket, it was answered in few minutes and they were prompt in addressing the concern.

Ease of Use. Excellent user experience.

My first webinar went a super hit. The flow was uninterrupted. Towards the end the Presentation slides flipped and skipped few, but that could have been a double click or so. Not really sure. Giving a benefit of doubt as it was a live webinar and I was personally engrossed in delivering value and continuing the webinar.
