2 年Dr Nik if anyone thinks they can do more business in person than online, they are looking at the wrong numbers and frequencies. Obviously there are businesses that cannot YET run online. But even hard core estate agents are beginning to see the light after telling me where they thought my brain was located. More than one business experienced growth during lockdowns due to digitising their business model and have seen concomitant revenue declines since economies "opened up" and reverted to "in person" models again. It's a simple function of time.
