You can position yourself as an industry expert and yes, you can generate valuable leads. You can build relationships with potential customers and establish your brand as a thought leader.

YOU CAN BUT....

How do you get a lot of people to attend your webinars? You can pay for a sponsorship, you can do a growth hack, you can invite your followers.

However you do it, a webinar with few attendees isn't a great outcome although don't despair because you can always post the video.

One trick to remember - always have a few questions prepared to kick off the Q&A. No one ever wants to go first - so your team might have to.
