1) Diamonds have 4 Cs, in business, you have 4 Ps
?- ?? Product: Diamonds (wholesaler, manufacturer or diamond dealer). Could be a small diamond, high-value diamond, or jewellery.
?- ??Price: Find your comfort zone of selling. If it's your first time, start with a small product. When I started out, I used to sell banking products in the banking industry. Eventually, you can sell high-valued diamonds, unlike smaller priced diamond the sales doesn’t happen every day.
- ?? Place: Where you would sell your product (showroom, events, online etc).
- ?? Promotion: how are you going to promote and market your business?
??Having an online jewellery store is the trend nowadays! Make sure you have these few things:
-Website to display the product
-Social media plays a significant role
-Sales presentation, catalogues with products
-Keep in touch with your business by arranging events, private showings and more.
-Email marketing is your best friend- keep them updated!
-Prepare to advertise! plan the budget according to the sales plan.
2) Structure of the Diamond Business
We can sell diamonds to private investors or people who buy diamonds for themselves.
3)If you want to enter the diamond industry there are THREE things you need:
?? Capital, Knowledge and Unique skills. ??
If you have just the knowledge about diamonds you won't be able to make money. (as answered in the question in the chat). The solution to this is to build high-income skills which is the ability-
->to be able to sell
->to be able to boost sales channel
->to be able to find the right clients
How to attain this?
Push high-income skills ? boost your business ? Gain income ? invest in your capital or knowledge and the cycle repeats. With this, you will be able to earn money from your business.
4) To be able to sell – AIDA
We take a look at the Sales Funnel, through this structure of sales we can study how the

Awareness- Create awareness about the business using people, social channels etc. Also known as brand awareness or personal brand awareness where we make people aware of what we are doing.
Interest- Not everyone is interested in what you are doing. So only 70% of those aware of the business would take an interest. Diamonds are a niche where not everyone takes an interest in it.
Decision- It is not about making the sales yet! It is to take a step forward and interact with you. 40% of those who show interest take this step.
Action- this step gives you money. And out of the 100% only 5-10% of the people give you money. You have to note that not all applications finish with sales. Some might just ask for the price or characteristics of goods but you have to be patient and allow the client to find you.

5) Find the gap in the industry
Create a unique sales proposition and find something special you can offer.
In my case, not many people knew about fancy-coloured diamonds and their investment possibilities. So my idea is to bring awareness to Diamonds as investments and not just jewellery by creating educational videos and interacting with financial media and industry.
All these gave me the opportunity to speak about the diamond as an investment, not just jewellery.
In your care now, you need to find what gap you can fill. What is missing in your industry? What is missing in your market? Many don’t have to realize or stop to think about this unique element that you will highlight right now.
?? "Trade value, not the price" - give the client all the benefits they will receive.
