Webinar Recap: Insights on How Learning Management Systems and Mentoring Software Can Work Together

We recently hosted an engaging webinar featuring Omer Usanmaz , founder of Qooper Mentoring Software , and Scott Burgess , founder of Continu LMS. The event attracted a diverse audience from corporates and various types of organizations, all eager to learn about the latest trends and best practices in the industry.

Throughout the session, participants actively engaged in the discussion, gaining valuable insights from Omer and Scott on the "why" and "how" of leveraging learning management systems and mentoring software to enhance organizational performance.

During the webinar, we explored the current state of learning management systems (LMS) and mentoring software usage among our participants. Here's a quick snapshot of the findings:

Learning Management Systems: A significant majority, 67.86% of participants, are currently using an LMS in their organizations, while 32.14% are not.

Mentoring Software: The adoption of mentoring software is less widespread, with only 31.67% of participants confirming they are using it, while 68.33% are not.

Combination of LMS and Mentoring Software: Only 11.76% of participants are using both mentoring software and an LMS, while 88.24% are not.

These insights highlight the opportunity for organizations to leverage both LMS and Mentoring Software to achieve their goals. By integrating these technologies, organizations can enhance training and development initiatives, leading to improved employee performance and growth.
