In my 24 years with Enterprise Mobility, I’ve seen firsthand the incredible impact that technology has on the journeys we take every day. With new tools and devices constantly available, the challenge for IT departments is not a lack of options but knowing where to begin.?? ? The best advice that I can give is this: the most successful digital transformation initiatives consider the impact on people. If a new technology does not solve or address points of friction for customers and employees, then it is not a worthwhile pursuit…no matter how trendy or flashy its capabilities are.? ? I am proud to share that Enterprise Fleet Management has helped the City of South Pasadena Police Department acquire the right vehicles for its all-electric #fleet, which is the first of its kind in the country. This initiative is expected to lead to significant savings in fuel and maintenance costs.
