Web3 Gaming In Q1, DappRadar Rankings Update & Trending Dapps

At DappRadar we believe gaming to be a major catalyst for Web3, and various developments emphasize that line of thought. Over the past weeks we’ve seen Polygon rise to the occasion, while also working together with Immutable on their zero-knowledge EVM chain. This will allow for smoother onboarding, faster transactions and an experience that’s more similar to traditional games. At the same time Myria has launched their own node network, and Avalanche attracts game developers with their subnets. And these are just technological innovations.?

At the same time Sony filed a patent for NFT technology, Gala Games is launching one alpha test after the other, and the Ronin Network now welcomes third-party game studios to their ecosystem.?

This week DappRadar published two reports about blockchain gaming. Our March 2023 report covers the trends from the previous month, highlighting Polygon’s rise in the gaming sector. While the Q1 2023 report provides an overview of the industry’s performance over the past quarter. There’s no pause button on the rise of Web3, it even looks like the industry is getting mushroom boosts towards mainstream adoption.?
