What's Project Scope (in simple term
The logical boundaries of your project are your project’s scope. It is like the fence of the project. Everything inside the fence will be carried out and the ones outside will not.
What Should Be Included In A Project Scope Statement?

And... The 6 Steps to Defining The Project Scope
Step 1 – Identify Boundaries.
Step 2 – Identify Responsibilities.
Step 3 – Include All Items That Are in Scope.
Step 4 – List All Items That Are Out of Scope.
Step 5 – Separate the In-Scope Items to Theirs or Yours.
