Dotson Iron Castings
A 30,000 square foot, 2-story addition was added to their existing production facilities encapsulating their existing main facility entrance and a complete renovation of their current offices was completed.?The addition was precast concrete, steel, and cast-in place concrete.?The project exceeded the owner's expectations for delivery.
Mankato Travel Center
10-acre truck stop with one 2-story, 17,500 square foot building housing retail store, restaurant and kitchen, game room, and travel center facilities. Use of soil stabilization process where existing soils are conditioned and strengthen instead of replaced, which saved the ownership group a large amount of money and time.?
RoK Lofts St. Peter
Two 3-story multiuse buildings.?15,000 and 17,000 square feet.?Bottom level is retail space with 1 & 2 bedroom apartments in the 2nd and 3rd stories.?Accessible units available and a courtyard area for outdoor use.??
Worked with Historic Preservation Committee to ensure alignment with appearance.
