When I was a child, my siblings will be glued to me at night because they loved the stories of fairies, jinns and pixies I would tell them. I grew up into a courageous lady thanks to the stories of valor my grandfather told me on each day of my summer vacation spent with him.I narrate stories I heard /read/ saw/experienced to my son and may be one day will narrate the same stories to my grandchildren too....

When the complex learning (like the complex situations of life) can be made simple to understand, why not use stories in training sessions?

When you can see a tear in one eye and a twinkle in another one, you know you have touched them with a story & they can relate to what you are saying, why not use one?

When you see them laughing their heart out at a funny story you told them and you know that they are now open to learning, why not use a story?

When you know you can build belief in someone about a new concept, a new process, a new learning through a success story, why not use one?

When you are able to impact and influence through simple folk lore which your grandparents told you, why not use one?

When you help someone stay motivated and help them tread on path of success by making yourself vulnerable through your story or someone’s real life story, why not use one?

When you enjoy telling a story, why not tell one?
