I find the contradictory aspect of any subject to be worthy of investigation and such is the case with weather modification. In this case, 'the media' appears to be more confused than the public on this subject as you can see from the above image that appeared on Monday, 21 October, 2024.

From the "Proceedings of 3rd International Conference CND GS’2022" by Ukraine-based Olena SHEVCHENKO, Kira HORIACHEVA:
"The (1966) National Academy of Sciences report, for example, says: "In a sense, weather modification today is a reality. Man can and does interfere with the atmosphere in a number of ways. His ability to produce deliberate beneficial changes is still very limited and uncertain, but it is no longer economically or politically trivial.""

Yes, weather modification has a long history, but decide for yourself if this is really being done, and remember, patent lists alone, such as Sirius Report's "List of 100 US Patents Related to Weather Modification", or a search through the large media outlets will not be enough to make a logical decision, as you can see from above they may only lead to more confusion.
