Join me in wearing red throughout February to celebrate Heart Month and to raise awareness that heart disease is the leading cause of death in the US, especially among women. 1 in 3 women are dying from cardiovascular disease.

I'm also excited to be cycling 100-miles this month to mark the 100th anniversary of the American Heart Association and their devotion to the future of heart health everywhere.
