Wealthy is an action because if all the money in the world was distributed evenly to all the people in the world the money would very soon return right back where it was distributed from.?

The reason is the wealthy will continue doing what they did to get wealthy, and the poor would continue to do what they do to remain poor.

So the outcome would be unavoidable this is the reason why the poor don't need more money, they need to fix their money problems
