We Work Agile Because We Have Standards (!!!)

Some guiding notes from Huib and Vincent's speech and their traces -in the brackets- in my mind:
“As a manager, if you have negativity then negativity will grow” (Don't forget to start the day with a huge smile.)
?“Walk while learning, look while learning, enjoy while learning.” (Most of us sit as a stone while listening but few of us learn while sitting as stone. Do you remember some teachers saying children : Don't wander around!)
“You need to do a double loop learning and turn back to look what have you done?” (What might be better, what alternatives do you have for the next time?)?
“So much work and little time to learn.” (Might be a combination of learning while working, working while learning. Any of these two should not kill the other. If you are open to any break, any time, any urgent (!) and important (!) work to do, it is a waste of time. Plus, knowledge settles in the brain when you use it)?
?“If the scrum masters in the room didn’t improve themselves about leadership that means something goes wrong!” ??
You should have some relevant answers to the question that why you're working agile? “We work agile because we have standards (!)” answer does not work!!! (Might be the most meaningful part of all speech. Could find nothing to add)
I'm sorry we didn't get to meet! Janet and I have our sponsor table right outside the keynote room so usually we are lucky to meet lots of people. I love your sketchnote, thank you for sharing! I hope to see you next year!
