This month we’re pleased to announce that Sammontana S.p.A. are joining us in our mission to lead the transition to a regenerative socio-economic model. Here’s what their CEO, Leonardo Bagnoli had to say about taking the next step in their company’s regenerative journey.?

Why did Sammontana decide to join the Regenerative Society Foundation?

Sammontana is a family business, founded over 70 years ago, with deep roots in the local area. We have a meaningful bond with the community that we work with every day. This is what guides our actions and our commitment to offering the most authentic, high-quality products, giving the next generations the confidence to take these values into the future. This vision prompted us to join the foundation, a vision based on caring for the community and respecting the environment.?

Our mission is to bring a smile into people’s lives with our products. This is not only intended for consumers, but also for our own employees, who strive to live by our values of caring, being passionate about our products, and honoring our roots. It is precisely this vision that aligns with the foundation’s philosophy, where people’s happiness and wellbeing are in synergy with the ecosystems in which they live, where circularity will help to regenerate and preserve our precious biodiversity and natural resources.?

What is the point of handing down a business from generation to generation in an increasingly polluted world? We must make our contribution to help our planet, for our children and for tomorrow’s adults.

What does regeneration mean to Sammontana?
