1 年"We spoke to many of our ideal clients.?Leaders at large NGOs and Universities." Is it possible that these were not actually your ideal clients? At least for now? Large organizations have so many layers to go through for any kind of purchase: multiple decision makers, procurements, budget requests, etc. On top of that, you'll need to show data on how your solution will bring an ROI. Maybe try starting with smaller organizations (even do some pro bono work) and build value proposition. Remember, even Neo failed on the first jump!

1 年So sorry to hear this, but having founded a business, been a SCORE counselor, and worked for many years, I've learned we fail. We learn, try again, and often eventually succeed. Wishing you the best as you move forward.
