When you think about how we operate within management and employee motivation, we are still in the stone age, there are solutions out there that can be the wheels for the cart.
However we do not use them as still continue to drag our business along without excellent ROI and or employee retention, client retention et al why??
Because we are too BUSY, we need to stop and look and think and use the tools that can make a massive difference within days and weeks!

8 年Keith - I respectfully disagree and believe that it is not because organizations are too busy. I think it is rather the inability for them to realize that there are better and more efficient ways to do things i.e. they is no urgent reason to change. Additionally, organizations have to have the desire to change, which is the driver, to my mind, of any change to happen.
