Sarah Barnes-Humphrey is a forward-thinking logistics expert and the host of the world-renowned podcast, Let’s Talk Supply Chain.?She has spent years advocating for collaboration, transparency, and diversity in the industry.?
After she launched Let’s Talk Supply Chain, her motivation and love for supply chain led her to start the Blended Podcast and her non-profit The Blended Pledge. When we first started working with Sarah,?her goal was to improve her social media brand identity, raise brand awareness, and engage more with her audience.

From there, our team created a social media strategy based on an analysis of her existing content. We evaluated her competitors as well as took into consideration the strengths and weaknesses of her current content.?We worked with our graphic designer to develop a new brand identity for Sarah as we worked on her social media strategy.???
The colour scheme used to create the brand identity was one that resonated with Sarah. The font and colour palette were chosen to convey fun, support, empowerment, and creativity. ???We designed her brand identity after carefully curating it to be consistent across all of her platforms.

When it came to building Sarah’s brand awareness and increasing her engagement with her audience, we structured this to be divided and treated individually per platform.
Her strategy for LinkedIn and Facebook consisted of growing her awareness and engagement with impressions and clicks while nourishing her current audience with comments and replies.?In addition to utilizing Business Feed, we also made use of other Meta and LinkedIn Tools like hashtags, groups, and polls to help Sarah increase her visibility on these networks.????
As for Instagram, we heavily relied on Instagram Reels and trending hashtags. We developed a competitor analysis to examine Sarah's competitors' reels, and we used this as a springboard to direct Sarah's content in a way that broadens her audience and engagement.
?? The results
With this initial strategy in place,?Sarah saw a remarkable 85.5% increase in Instagram reach in just two months compared to the prior period before our partnership.??Sarah also noticed a significant rise on LinkedIn during these two months, with a 35.2% growth in impressions and a steady increase in the number of followers.
