WE ARE TODAY WHERE OUR THOUGHTS HAVE BROUGHT US AND WE WILL BE TOMORROW, WHERE OUR THOUGHTS TAKE US!
The passage, ‘Whatever things are true…noble…just…pure…lovely… of good report…meditate on these things’ (Philippians 4:8), reminds us that, just as Ralph Waldo Emerson once said, ‘Life consists of what a man is thinking about all day’, our minds never stop working and if like Judas who followed Jesus for three years, heard Him repeatedly warn about the danger in the love of money, but failed to get the message, we fail to take control of it, it will take control of us. In other words, like the old saying goes, ‘An idle mind is the devil’s workshop.’ So let the knowledge that: 1) The actions of men and women are the greatest interpreters of their thoughts; 2) What we become, is a direct result of what our mind dwells on; and 3) We are today where our thoughts have brought us and we will be tomorrow, where our thoughts take us; teach you, in everything you do, to always ensure that the words of your mouth and the meditation of your heart are acceptable in the sight of the Lord Almighty!FG. www.fgtalks.com
