Kronospan keeps growing and leading the industry since its establishment in 1897, and one of the main pillars of this growth is PEOPLE, who are experts in their field.
In sales, expertise comes from experience and soft skills but also product knowledge. Product knowledge ensures effective communication with clients, builds trust and confidence in customer relations, supports sales people in understanding and answering the requirements of the market.
For this reason, onboarding trainings are important for us. We are providing comprehensive trainings to the newcomers and ongoing support to employees to excel in their work.
Export Sales professionals have very intense business traveling routines in general, they are spending almost 70 percent of their working time in the field. We are taking the advantage of Covid pandemic and using lockdowns and traveling limitations as the opportunity for detailed product trainings. Export sales people are spending more time with back-office and production teams to become integrated with the whole business.
Besides that Kronospan offers well-established technological infrastructure and tools for teams to conduct online meetings with clients and partners. During the pandemic, the main rule of constant contact and follow-up with clients is still in action. We may not be able to visit our customers at the spot as much as we used to due to travel restrictions, but we don't let Covid separate us from each other either :)
