Down payment assistance programs available: Conventional – Up to 5% of the loan amount in the form of an interest free second lien, forgiven after 3 years

Government – Up to 4% of the loan amount in the form of an interest free second lien, forgiven over a 3 year period –

2% of the loan in the form of a grant, no repayment required, with 1% borrower cash investment

We also offer low down payment loan programs: FHA – Down Payments as low as 3.5% Conventional – Down Payment as low as 3% with Home Ready and HomePossible Advantage VA and USDA – No money down financing options available
