We started to forget the values!

Why leadership is more important now than 10 years ago?

The reason is emotional instability and anxiety.

We pay attention more to the environment where people work and/or live, rather than the quality of their existence. Social networking platforms offer numerous opportunities to express feelings, thoughts, emotions, beliefs, ideas, dreams, etc. same time, they take out social interaction and reality of the consequences of messages we spread.

People spend less time thinking and more time “delivering” messages, without a clear understanding of the impact on society.

Hurting feelings became more important than expressing personal opinions. Trends are more

important than beliefs. “belonging” to a group is more important than integrity.

That is why we need Leaders. Leaders are people who translate “imaginary” into reality.
