We Are So Lucky

I felt like I needed to post this.

Yesterday, I received an email. To be exact, my friend received this email. I don't know who sent it. I don't know her full name. And I don't know which country she is from.

But I do know how powerful this message is.

You don't know me but I'm writing this message to remind you that you're so lucky

You are so lucky that you wake up everyday and pick an outfit and go out wearing it

You are so lucky that you go out for a walk when you are bored or stress.

You are so lucky you can go out and find a good place and skate there.

You are so lucky you can go to your friends when you're want to and go with them anywhere you want.

You are so lucky you can go to the gym wear workout clothes and workout.

You are so lucky that you can have male friends or male classmates.

You are so lucky because you can swim in the beach

You are so lucky because when you are adult you can travel wherever you want.

You are so lucky you can work in coffee or restaurant and have your own money

You are so lucky you can post a selfie of your self or film your self and share it on social media.

You are so lucky you can have small conversation with strangers in the street.

You are so lucky you can get a coffee and shopping or go to restaurants alone.

You are so lucky you can do all this even though you are a female, because I can't do any of these things because I live in a country I can't do any of these "which is a normal human being do".

I stay at home for weeks I only go out with a male family member.

In school days I only go to girls school where I have to wear long uniform that literally only show my hand and my head.

It's not only me, million of girls who lives in my country have this fuckin life, it's not life.

I'm writing this message to tell please please do everything you want because you can.

You won't be in jail for wearing a short dress or top,

please do something in this world because you can, I can't do anything I only can sit on my phone and watch real world,

I want to go for a walk when I'm sad and listen to music but I can't, please if u are sad do it.

please be thankful because you can live in this life,

they think I'm living here because I eat and have a roof to sleep and a god to pray for, but I'm not living. i'm just a body without a soul

Please live your life bc u can.
