Due to the demands on our business, we are seeking to hire another Front Desk Agent for our premiere Business Centre located at Toronto's gorgeous waterfront!
Our ideal candidate will be outgoing and approachable...someone that will enjoy interacting with our clients and tenants.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are an absolute must.
This role will be a fantastic fit for someone with a couple of years or so experience working in an office or hotel environment or some other type of customer facing role.
About us:
The Rostie Group is a flexible office provider and event venue located in Toronto’s waterfront neighbourhood. We provide full service executive offices, flexible workspace, virtual offices, meeting and training rooms, as well as hybrid meetings.
At this time, we are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our growing team.
This role’s duties will include but are not limited to:
Client services:
●???? Front Desk - be the first points of contact for new and existing clients
●???? Assist with other duties around our office spaces - i.e. printing, sending out couriers, answering phone calls
●???? Organizing, sorting, receiving, and sending out our clients’ mail
●???? Welcome our clients’ guests
●???? Ensure our administrative services are carried out - ordering office supplies and maintaining relationships with vendors
●???? Reserving our meeting rooms for our clients
Social Event Coordination
●???? Work with our team to plan periodic community-building social events and on-site client activations
●???? Collaborate with our team to come up with new ideas for community events

We’re looking for someone who:
●???? Has outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
●???? Has experience holding a front desk/receptionist position
●???? Is well organized, detail-oriented, able to plan ahead, and can get ahead of potential issues before they become issues
●???? Has a team-player attitude
●???? Has an outgoing personality
●???? Eager to learn new skills
●???? Has experience with technology
