We Should Move Our Body Everyday

Being a Qi Gong instructor, I would say move your body everyday. But it is true. Even when I was a professional musician I used to be on stage for around 3 hours for the bigger gigs.

And I used to love to move for the body. Movement is essential for good health, and this is because our bodies are designed to move.

I explore this in the post below, and also talk about getting my first client into my coaching business, which seems so long ago now.
