We Shared Yummy Margaritas

Our Margarita Friday is a fundraiser hosted by Hewitt Young Electric to raise funds for a charity in the area or a family in need. Last year we raised money for Camp Good Days, a children’s camp that provides experiences for children who have been affected by cancer. This year, we hosted our event to raise money for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Rochester, NY, raising over $3,000! Contribution’s will help Ronald McDonald House Charities provide a supportive “home away from home” for families of children receiving healthcare in the Rochester community and to support related efforts that improve the health and well-being of children. We are thrilled to be a part of a community who are so welling to give to those in need!

Bright festive reds, greens, and yellows, set the stage for our Cinco De Mayo themed event. With a little over 200 people attending, there were many laughs exchanged and quite a few margaritas to be had. Raffles with over 15 items donated, as well as scattered photo booth props, gave guests some extra excitement and further fueled donations. Overall, we think our event was a success!
