The company was founded in 1938 by Werner Hopf and has, through the years, flexibly adjusted to the ever-changing market. Hopf set out as agent for one brand, later its range was extended to several strategic partners. The transformation to distribution partner in 1997 was an important step, after which growth continued with certifications, acquisitions and the expansion into new markets.
