We offer deal for diamond from seller. He says they won't give out the KPC upfront.

 Here are the procedures. 

  1.  Here again are procedures for my Seller, with shipping to buyer by either Brinks or Malca-Amit. 
  2.  Method of payment, Bank Wire Transfer.
  3. Shipping time is between 2-5 business days depending on buyers destination country.  
  4. For any returns, items must be sent back within 5 days from receiving goods, shipped unharmed in original packaging, with 100% refund minus shipping.
  5.  For buyers wanting to Fly & Buy with their designated Gemologist. Upon Buyer providing LOI with POF less than 3 days old from buyers bank being used to transfer funds for purchase to show buyers financial capability an appointment can be arranged for viewing and purchase. 

 All Diamonds Sold Come With Kimberly Certificates

Buyer Payment Commission 3% share

Seller side closed 1.5% & Buyer side 1.5% open
